Will you join our team, help us grow in our HR data capabilities and develop our technology further?
This is a temporary assignment, start asap - end of January 2025, 32-40 hours per week.
What you are going to do
- Collect (technical) requirements for the Azure HR Data Platform, prioritise the requests and coordinate testing of the HR Data Platform
- Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data as needed for analysis and reporting
- Work closely together with our IT team to clarify the requirements, agree upon design, and to test their delivery
- In cooperation with IT support and monitor the HR Data Platform and make sure that it is a stable data environment
- Identify potential data sources and data sets that can enhance the Azure HR Data Platform and work with IT to assess compatibility and integration methods. Ensure new data sources align with existing data governance policies
- Design and improve our data architecture and share ideas and insights to make our data systems better and more efficient. Follow best practices to ensure our data architecture supports our business goals
- Provide training sessions for users to maximize the utility of the HR Data Platform
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders, maintain documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing
Make a significant impact by contributing to the HR data capabilities in NN Group. As a senior HR Data Analist, you will play a crucial role to collect and distribute data which is used inside and outside HR as well as in regulatory reports such as CSRD, Pay Transparency and other international regulations.

Who you are
- A Bachelor degree in IT with experience in HR or workplace services
- 5 year working experience in data engineering
- Experience with data models
- Proficient in python, SQL or a similar open programming language
- Preferably a good understanding of HR processes and employee data
- Preferably technical experience with the Azure data platform and a visualisation tool such as Power BI
Who you will work with
You will work in a team with HR reporting specialists and data scientists. The overall team within the HR Global Shared Services department exists of 15 Digital specialists. We all have our own focus area on which we work independently. Nevertheless, we are there for one another when needed. An informal atmosphere ensures our regular get-togethers. You will also be in close contact with our colleagues in IT.
