Change Lead

NN Group is embarking on an ambitious transformation program called Future Ready and you can become part of this within the Actuarial and Risk Management area! As Change Lead you will be responsible for delivery of our Future Ready Group Risk Management initiative “Cash Flow Models”  project. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive change program in the way we embed actuarial and risk reporting at the International BUs.
 

What you are going to do

You will play a critical role in changing our risk and actuarial reporting approach within International. This requires strong change management and communication skills with a good understanding of risk and actuarial in an international organisation. You will also be the linking pin at senior management level at International and Group functions like Group Finance and Group Risk Management departments.

Main responsibilities:

• Find agreement on high-level deliverables, planning and organizational impact. Validate and update ‘Cash Flow model’ plans and business case.
• Manage and monitor progress of the “Cash Flow models” initiative in International in close cooperation with topic owners within CRO/CFOs International and report towards SteerCo.
• Ensure that changes are locally embedded, where roles and responsibilities should be clarified and any savings are embedded in business plans.
• Alignment with other Future Ready initiatives at Group, International and Local level.
• Align with the CEO International, CROs and CFOs in International, Future Ready Office, Senior Managers in Group Finance and Risk to ensure buy-in for changes from all relevant parties

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Insurance with a proven track record in a change management role.
• A proven track record of outstanding execution, strong problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and portfolio/program management frameworks.
• Strong ability to work and communicate with diverse groups of stakeholders in different cultural, functional and geographical boundaries (preference for candidates with international working experience).

Who you will work with

You will join the Group Risk team and will work:

• Directly with the Future Ready program office.
• Various teams within NN and business units in International including CEOs, CFOs, CROs and key business stakeholders in Insurance Europe.
• With topic owners and actuarial experts within NN Insurance International and NN Group.

Travelling in Europe will be part of your job.
