Compared to a regular starter job at NN, the traineeship provides you a lot of extra resources to get a broader understanding of and network within our organisation. This means that the NN traineeship is a flying start of your career. You will be given all the tools to develop yourself into a Future Leader. Through rotations, internal and external training, and coaching, you will get to know yourself and the organization well. You will have a lot of freedom to determine the route of your traineeship; no trainee follows the same path. You can choose your rotation(s) in your second year. You can do an assignment abroad, at one of NN's brands, or within the various business units. Additionally, you will form a close-knit group with other trainees with whom you will attend training on personal and professional development.
There is also a lot of room for fun in the traineeship! Trips abroad are organized, you can participate in interesting lectures and conferences, and other informal activities.
