As a trainee, you are our future leader. The traineeship at NN is a 2-year program for ambitious starters, in which you take the first steps in your development towards this future. From day one, you will be given a lot of responsibility and encouraged to become the best version of yourself. Through three challenging rotations and an extensive personal development program, you will discover who you are, what your qualities are, and what you want. Of course, you won't do this alone, but together with a close-knit group of trainees who start at the same time.
