Insurer Nationale-Nederlanden and consultancy firm OC&C Strategy Consultants have made their parental leave policies inclusive. All parents are now entitled to these policies, regardless of the family composition. Esmée Bosma and Teun van der Zijden from both companies discuss the motivations and benefits.

In every life, unexpected situations occur, and everyone deals with them differently. NN therefore offers employees extra space, for example, for bereavement or a gender transition process.’
