On 9 October 2024, Tjerrie Smit, Chief Analytics Officer NN Group, joined a panel discussion on ’Driving Strategic Transformation in Financial Services with Responsible (Gen) AI’.
The panelists discussed driving strategic transformation with responsible AI in their organisations, and shared their experiences in bringing AI capabilities and use cases into production.
Tjerrie emphasised three key actions to kickstart a transformative AI journey: focus on solving the number 1 problem of the business by prioritising use cases that genuinely benefit the business, setting up an AI ethical framework, and involving all colleagues across the organisation. He also shared NN Group’s journey with GenAI, highlighting our commitment to improving customer satisfaction.
