In this episode, you will hear the story of Harold. During his work in reinsurance, he increasingly saw the need for sustainability: he could directly see climate change reflected in data. He became Senior Enterprise Risk Manager Sustainability and was given the opportunity to put the topic of sustainability on the map. In the meantime, he is supported in his mission from all sides within NN, even up to the CEO. Harold is also busy with sustainability in his personal life. We meet in Ter Aar where he lives in one of the first energy-neutral houses in the Netherlands.
