What kind of assignments do we offer?
Although we publish every interim assignment on our website, most of the time we are looking for interim IT specialists and specialists within the Finance & Risk field. Some examples of assignments that we have regularly are Project leaders for system integration, developers or assignments with a focus on IFRS17. The assignments on our website are up to date. Almost always the start date is as soon as possible.
What can you expect when you are interested in a role?
Whenever you want to respond to an interim assignment, we would like to receive your resume and motivation. This also includes your availability and rate indication.
Within five work days you will be contacted by one of our recruiter to discuss your interest. If there is a match we will introduce your profile to the hiring manager.
He or she will decide within two weeks if he wants to invite you for an interview, preferably as soon as possible of course.
Usually there will be one or two meetings in which you will get to know your manager and/or future colleagues. If both you and the department are still enthusiastic, we will make you an offer to start at NN as interim professional
Contracting & Screening
Although we do the recruitment process for the interim assignments ourselves, we have outsourced the contracting part to our brokers. Harvey Nash covers all our non-IT contracts where Fast Flex covers everything for IT positions.
For all assignments we apply a 2% early payment discount, because the invoices are paid within 8 working days. There is a notice period of 30 days is in place, except for the first two weeks where notice can be given immediately. The notice periods are applicable for both NN as well for you as interim professional. The broker will contract you through an approved model agreement.
Before you can start your assignment a Pre Employment Screening (PES) is necessary. A positive outcome of the PES is required due to the Act op financial Supervision (Wft) and a positive outcome is required to start. For every new employee a background and reference check is performed. Next to this screening you can only start if you can deliver a Certificate of Good Behavior (VOG). Most of the time the screening is done within a few days.
