Be yourself at work

Research covering a broad range of industries has shown that a significant part of the LGBTI+ community cannot or does not want to be open about who they are at work. At NN, we want to create a working environment in which everyone feels welcome and can be themselves. That is why a group of NN employees have set up the NN Pride network with the aim of further promoting LGBTI+ diversity and inclusion at NN.

NN Group signs Dutch Diversity Charter

May is European Diversity month. A month dedicated to raising awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusion in our workplaces and in our communities. As part of European Diversity Month, we are proud to sign the Dutch Diversity Charter. Dailah Nihot, member of the NN Group Management Board, signed the charter on behalf of NN.
