Research has shown that 30% of the LGBT+ community working at Dutch based employers cannot or does not want to be open about who they are at work. At NN, we want to create a working environment in which everyone feels welcome and can be themselves. That is why NN staff in the Netherlands have set up an LGBTI+ network with the aim of further promoting diversity at NN.
