The Sustainable and Impact team is looking for a highly motivated candidate who is eager to contribute to the success of our range of equity funds in this area and who has the ambition to be career analyst.
The primary goal of the Sustainable equity strategies to build portfolios of companies with sustainable business models and in addition generate an additional return for society and to outperform the overall market. In practice this means analysts and portfolio managers together work to find the best investment ideas. In combination with the other analysts you will be responsible for getting a deeper understanding of the global pharmaceutical sectors and find the best possible investment ideas in this area. You will contribute specifically by gathering & analyzing data, building financial models, making investment recommendations, meeting brokers & companies and writing thematic research.
Meet your team
This vacancy is located within the Sustainable and Impact research team, a team of 9 analysts whose primary focus is to perform in-depth, bottom-up company & equity analysis in combination with innovate quantitative tools which are currently being developed. The team has a global scope, including developed and emerging markets, and is organized along sector and thematic lines.
The role of the analysts is to jointly develop investment ideas in combination with the PM’s by studying the industry value chains and by performing an in depth analysis of the individual companies. Meeting company management and brokers, making our own financial forecasts, performing equity valuation and tracking the global financial markets are part of our daily job.

- Boundless curiosity
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Extensive experience as an equity analyst with a focus on the healthcare sector (10+ years)
- Able to work in a dynamic and international environment
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- CFA or VBA Charter preferred
- As a senior analyst your personal qualities will play a decisive role
