Process Owner Statutory Reporting
Your impact as a Proces Owner Statutory Reporting at NN
As a Proces Owner you manage the changes that impact the processes in the Statutory Reporting team. Changes are initiated by business units (e.g. new products), head office (e.g. new legal requirements) and the Finance Service Center teams (own continuous improvement initiatives). You manage changes from a content and process perspective and fully aligned with the Statutory Reporting team goals. You apply your excellent content skills to set clear goals and priorities. While implementing changes you manage and secure clear roles and responsibilities in the value chain and align with the Statutory Reporting team and other stakeholders about the change calendar. You initiate improvements and challenge team members and managers to continuously think about their personal continuous improvement loop and the continuous improvement loop of the team. Furthermore, You apply outside-in thinking for this and you use a transparent administration for monitoring, progress tracking and evaluation of change
The main goal of the Process Owner is to manage all changes that impact the Statutory Reporting team. The content (mainly IFRS, Solvency II and DNB-reporting) drives the timing (including priorities) of deadlines and deliverables, fully aligned with the goals of the Statutory Reporting team. All products of the Statutory Reporting team are mandatory by law, so external deadlines and changes in legal requirements are an important driver for the change calendar. All initiatives contribute to the overall Finance Service Center ambition: Faster, Better, Cheaper. This is supported by further standardization and automation, securing ‘first time right’.
