HR Strategy & Change Specialist

Your added value as an HR Strategy & Change Specialist at NN
Together with your co-conspirator, a Strategy & Communication Specialist, you handle our change calendar and the implementation of change. You develop guidelines for our strategy, HR tools and the change approach. Besides that, you concretise the plans that we made based on our strategy, map out KPI’s and communicate all those changes towards the business. Furthermore, you come up with great ways to measure our changes. To realise all of your tasks, you work closely together with the MT (which you are part of) and the HR Specialists of our business units. And you report directly to the management board of the Centre of Expertise.

Together with the Strategy & Communication Specialist, you form a small team that is part of our HR Centre of Expertise. You work closely together with a lot of the +- 60 professionals, within Human Capital Development and the Career Centre. And you won’t just advise and support your HR colleagues locally, but also outside of The Netherlands since our strategy is mostly global. Our department is a mix of different backgrounds, genders and ages in an open, friendly environment. Our Party Committee is great at hosting fun events, and we love organising team-building activities too.
