  • A higher vocational or university degree in HRM or similar
  • > 5 years work experience with Performance Management
  • Experience (preferably) in international, financial services

Your impact as an HR Specialist Performance Management at NN Group

You gather all the necessary input from the organisation about the organisational goals and results, enter into collaboration with the Human Capital Development experts in the business and the HR & Performance Management professionals. You then implement the strategy that you develop including the required changes and performance improvements. All the policies and processes are aligned so that developments can be properly monitored. After all, you aim for optimal return and high quality. As a true expert, you don't shy away from complex or sensitive matters. You take the organisation with you, are excellent at stakeholder management and at the same time, you can connect the customer needs to your expertise.

  • A clear vision of the strategy concerning Performance Management
  • Overview of what's coming and anticipation of key moments in this process, amongst other via clear communication
  • Comprehensive data, with clear conclusions for all stakeholders

  • Connection between Performance Management, Change Management, Process Management and Business Intelligence to keep the conversation between managers and their employees going with the right tools

Personal skills of an HR Specialist Performance Management

You have already created great Performance Management strategies before. There, too, you knew exactly how to implement and improve performance at all levels of the organisation. You have a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder management is in your DNA. You know what it takes to include the organisation in your plans. You are organisationally strong, analytical and have a pragmatic approach. Based on the organisational goals and results, you formulate indicators and design reports, for optimal results. Naturally, you speak and write effortlessly in Dutch and English.

Interviews

We are curious who you are, what motivates you and what you are looking for. But it is just as important that you get to know NN better. We aim for a maximum of two interviews in which you will meet the manager of the department, a direct colleague and a recruiter from NN.

Online assessment

The assessment consists of a personality test, a driver test and an intelligence test. We believe your personal qualities are very important and use this assessment to test whether you meet the NN Mindset. This will be an online test and the results will be shown  immediately.
