Job description

Are you an experienced HR Expert with a strategic as well as pragmatic attitude who can deliver high impact solutions under pressure? Can you collaborate together with HR Business Partners and other HR experts globally on valued added HR programmes and interventions? We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and professional HR Expert to join our HR team.


You will be part of the Human Capital Development team focusing on key people areas: Leadership Development, Talent Management, Diversity & Engagement and Performance Management. The team operates in an integrated way with the business partners and senior leaders to advice, design and deliver high-impact solutions. The team focuses on business-critical strategic issues and opportunities and supports the recurring HR cycles such as Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Engagement and pulse surveys. You will also act within a global network of HR experts.



  • Work with HR Business Partners to strengthen and reinforce NNIP values and a culture of ownership, high performance and collaboration through coaching, consulting, conceiving and delivering programs to facilitate required change.
  • Provide expertise on organizational change and to design and implement interventions that address cultural development and team performance
  • Develop (global) guidelines, toolkits, solutions on engagement, culture and D&I
  • Act as expert in multidisciplinary projects within NNIP as well as across NN Group
  • Leverage relevant human capital analytics to deliver innovative yet practical solutions that help drive performance in our changing business environment
  • Experience in an international environment is a must
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Human Resources or related discipline
  • Proven track-record in the area of culture, change and/or diversity
  • Service oriented attitude and ability to perform in a highly demanding, complex and dynamic environment;
  • Strong business acumen: broad HR knowledge and understanding of how HR adds value
  • Act as trusted advisor
  • Change & Project Management skills
  • Ability to work with analytics
  • Ability to build partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives ​
