Job description

For our IT Competence Center, Service &Process Management organization we are looking for a DevOps engineer for the ServiceNow platform. The ITCC S&PM team is responsible for the service- and process management within the entire organization. This includes the Service desk and the overall operations for the generic platform that is used for (IT) service management.  

Within the IT Competence center, the Service & Process management team is responsible for ServiceNow. We are responsible for all activities that involve Service management and ServiceNow is the platform that supports this. What we offer:

  • A completed technical study (HBO work and thinking level);
  • Broad demonstrable work experience in a software development function;
  • Experience with Agile Scrum. Certification is an advantage;
  • Knowledge and experience of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AngularJS is an advantage;
  • Experience with ServiceNow (or a comparable tool such as TOPdesk) is an advantage;
  • Experience with service management processes is an advantage.
