- be the first point of contact for our customers and the bank branches of our distribution partners. In first instance you will use the phone, but also other means of communication like e-mail.
- analyse applications carefully and you will look for the best solution by yourself. If necessary, you can consult colleagues in other departments.
- provide the right advice in a customer-friendly and correct way. You are always customer-oriented in your approach.
- a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- if possible experience in a bank branch or in insurance. Experience in customer service is also a plus.
- a very good knowledge of French and Dutch.
- customer-focused and helping the client is your passion.
- very communicative, you are fluent on the phone and you write well.
- analytical and you are able to quickly understand the essence of a problem.
- pragmatic, you are eager to learn and you are flexible.
- a born team player.
- flexible and working in a changing environment gives you energy. Working houres are between 8 - 18, from Monday untill Friday.
- proactive and professional. You are the visiting card of the company.
The work location for this function is Diegem, Airport Plaza – Montreal Building, Da Vincilaan 19. End of 2018 we will move to Brussel Midi, Av Fonsny 38- 1060 Bxl.
