Be yourself at work

Research has shown that 30% of the LGBT+ community in the Netherlands cannot or does not want to be open about who they are at work. At NN, we want to create a working environment in which everyone feels welcome and can be themselves. That is why NN staff in the Netherlands have set up an LGBT+ network with the aim of further promoting diversity at NN.

Running Blind

As a supporter of all runners, we are committed to helping runners with a visual impairment. We support Stichting Running Blind that facilitates running for all by arranging for athletes with a visual impairment to team up with a buddy.
