At NN, what do we stand for?


As human beings we are alike. But not the same. And that is our greatest strength. We believe our company is strongest when we embrace the full spectrum of humanity. Regardless of what we look like, where we come from, or who we love. That is why, at NN, we take a stand for diversity, inclusion and equal opportunities for all.

Our target is for 40% of our senior managers to be female in 2023. And NN participates in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index as well as Equileap. We look for talent and possibilities, not for potential limitations. If you are cut out for a vacancy, but there are obstacles in your way, we will find out how we can adapt the vacancy to what is possible for you. 

Be yourself at work

Research has shown that 30% of the LGBT+ community in the Netherlands cannot or does not want to be open about who they are at work. At NN, we want to create a working environment in which everyone feels welcome and can be themselves. That is why NN staff in the Netherlands have set up an LGBT+ network with the aim of further promoting diversity at NN.
