11 colleagues in “am: 100 Topvrouwen 2021”

On March 4, am: published their annual ‘Topvrouwen’ list with the 100 most influential women in the Dutch insurance industry. This year NN Group is represented by no less than 11 colleagues. A great achievement we can be proud of!

The annual ‘am:topvrouwen’ list

This list was presented at AMvrouwen (AMwoman), the event for all female managers in the insurance industry. It is compiled based on criteria like position, number of FTE, turnover, branche impact, impact on the Dutch Insurance business and career development.

Diversity and inclusion at NN

We’re proud to see so many of our colleagues included in the list. One of goals is to improve gender diversity, including 40% female representation in senior management by 2023. NN is a supporter of all runners and off course this also means all our NN colleagues who run many miles together. A group of 21 NN colleagues trained under the guidance of Bram Som (former top athlete & trainer) and Erben Wennemars (ambassador NN Running Team) for the marathon of New York and Berlin. NN winner of Insurance ERM Award 2020 for 'Best use of Cloud Technology' | February 20, 2020
NN Group’s achievements in the Partial Internal Model Cloud Solutions were rewarded with an Insurance ERM Award 2020 for Best use of Cloud Technology. Our efforts in this area were a collaboration between the Risk and IT teams. These annual awards are an initiative by Insurance ERM, an online platform that shares information on all aspects of risk and capital management in the insurance industry.
