If you are looking to get your career off to a flying start, choose a two-year traineeship at NN Group.
Why our traineeship?
At NN, we help people care for what matters most to them. We do this by offering personal and relevant financial services. As a trainee at NN, you will be a full team member. Your ideas matter because we are on the lookout for real future leaders.
During the traineeship, you will get to know our organisation well and will be given all the space you need to find your place at NN. The combination of a personal approach, international opportunities and a good dose of fun makes our traineeship unique.

How does the NN Group Traineeship work?
You can apply for three different traineeship areas: General Management, Investments or Finance & Risk. The traineeship starts on 1 September.
The General Management and Investments traineeship consists of three rotations: two of six months and one of a year. The Finance & Risk traineeship consists of two rotations of one year each. After the second year, you have a final rotation before you finish. You start your first rotation with a challenging assignment. In your subsequent assignments, you can use your network to give you greater control over what you do.
In addition to your work at the office, you and your fellow trainees will follow a comprehensive personal development programme at the De Baak training institute, during which you will be challenged to get the best out of yourself. You will find out who you are, what you want and who you want to be. You will also take part in a variety of interesting events, such as Business Unit days and lunches with the Board. In addition, you will be given a personal development budget that you can use to work on personal and specific skills.
You and your fellow trainees are a tight-knit group that works hard, but that also makes time to have fun. Our active NN Young Professional Network organises enjoyable activities such as the NN ski trip, pub quiz and conferences. Have we whetted your appetite? In the video below our trainees talk about their experiences of working at NN.
