What does being Process Manager Insurance Claims involve in terms of duties?

What does being Process Manager Insurance Claims involve in terms of duties?
- Offering content-related support in setting up and/or improving processes and procedures when endorsing products (acceptance processes, endorsement processes, administrative processes), as well as claims handling processes (checks, accepting/rejecting claims, etc.).
- Offering content-related support in setting up and/or improving the processes and procedures involving is making and dealing with a claim.
- Informing and supporting internal stakeholders with questions about products, acceptance rules, claims rules and associated documents, as well as organising the coordination between the various departments involved (commercial, operational, financial).
- Carrying out analyses of disability insurance policies, portfolio developments and designing actions to improve results.
- Keeping all documentation to customers and intermediaries (acceptance questionnaires, general and special terms and conditions, product sheets, etc.) up to date.

- A university degree or equivalent gained through experience.
- Experience in product or process management.
- Broad experience in underwriting and claims for disability and death insurance.
- Outstanding fluency in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the second national language. You also have very good knowledge of English.
