- You’ll be the first point of contact for our Self-Employed customers, brokers and internal partners.
- You’ll answer their questions and maintain a professional and customer-focused relationship.
- You’ll build up close cooperation with our customers by communicating with them in a way that is professional, yet easy to understand. In fact, transparent communication is important not only for our customers, but also internally. In addition, you’ll ensure that everyone gives and receives feedback correctly.
- Your knowledge and drive make you a constructive partner in any discussion.
- You’ll think proactively with your colleagues about improvements that can contribute towards providing the best possible service.
- Terms such as VAPZ (Free Supplementary Pension for the Self-Employed) and IPT (Individual Pension Commitment) will soon be a natural part of your vocabulary.
What do you have to offer as Life Insurance Officer - Self-Employed?
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent gained through experience. You believe in lifelong learning and are willing to keep on developing your knowledge and experience.
- Your experience in the insurance sector is a plus, but we attach far more importance to your interest and affinity with the industry.
- You have an analytical mind and are able to work logically with figures.
- You have a sense of responsibility and are able to communicate strongly and clearly in Dutch. You are also able to express yourself in French.
- You’re a person who enjoys working in a team, although you are also able to operate independently and have no difficulty with plans and setting priorities.
- You are proactive in presenting ideas for improving and implementing things. You look for solutions.
- You are hands-on and able to work under the pressure of time.
