What will your responsibilities be?
As case manager, you will be responsible for handling insurance files in full, where the customer always comes first. What will your responsibilities be?
- You will handle policy proposals and mage the policies in full (from risk acceptance right through until the end of the policy).
- You will process policy modifications.
- You will maintain contacts with customers by via e-mail, telephone and through the post.
- You will meet the client’s expectations at all times: the WOW effect.
- If necessary, you will also contact our branch partners and other internal departments, such as accounting, etc.
- You will process and send out all necessary information to customers.
- You will analyse complaints and use your expertise to propose solutions that focus on the client.
- You will be part of the organisation’s improvement process and will take initiatives to make it happen.
What do you have to offer as Insurance Officer Car?
- MUST: Bachelor’s degree in insurance
- Initial experience in insurance or in a bank branch would be a bonus
- Experience in a call centre would be to your advantage
- Very good verbal and written knowledge of Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is a plus point.
- PCP certification would be a strong asset
- You are very familiar with Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
