Your talent for Data Quality Management will enhance the efficiency of the existing controls and result in a future-proof Data Quality Framework that is in line with the requirements of NN Group and the local legislator (NBB).

You will support NN Belgium by implementing an integrated and optimised Data Quality Framework, focused on improving the quality of our data. You will report to our CFO.

What will your main duties be?

  • Coordinating the way data quality is monitored and reported: gathering and consolidating information about the various parties involved, about important developments that may affect data quality, about issues and measures for mitigating risk;

  • You will harmonise the existing Data Quality Frameworks;
  • You will provide comprehensive control and monitoring activities for the processes between data owners, users and managers;
  • You will organise monthly meetings to discuss progress with the data owners and the CFO and CRO;
  • You will work with the data owners and the DIL team to draw up the data quality requirements for other projects in the organisation, for example for the implementation of a data integration layer (DIL);
  • You will provide documentation for the data, data flows and processes and, working with the data owners, will ensure that everything remains up to date;
  • You will ensure that the organisation complies with statutory requirements and the standards of NN Group regarding data quality.
