What impact will you have as Customer Advisor Fire Insurance at NN?
As Customer Adviser Fire Insurance, you will be responsible for dealing with insurance cases in which the customer is central. Once you have attended an in-house training course and had the necessary coaching, would you like to take on the management of insurance policies and commercial follow-up in Brussels? - You will simply manage insurance files and explain the process to customers.
- You’ll maintain contacts with customers by e-mail, telephone and post.
- You consistently meet the customer’s expectations, delivering the WOW-effect.
- If necessary, you will contact in-branch partners and other internal departments, such as accounting, etc.
- You will process and send out the necessary information to customers.
- You will analyse complaints and use your expertise to propose solutions that focus on the customer.
- You’ll be involved in improving the organisation and take initiatives to make it happen.
- You will ensure that processing times are adhered to.
In as customer-friendly a way as possible, you are prepared to do shift work, with your working hours always somewhere between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm in a rotation system with all of your colleagues. This guarantees maximum availability for customers.
What do you have to offer as Customer Advisor Fire Insurance?
- You have the required PCP certification.
- You have a bachelor’s degree.
- Having some initial experience in insurance or a bank branch would be an advantage.
- Experience in a call centre would be a bonus.
- You have very good verbal and written knowledge of Dutch and French. Knowledge of English would be a plus point.
- You are very familiar with Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
