You’ll work accurately and efficiently on processing customer data on the management platform and be well organised in everything you do. You’ll be the first point of contact for our Employee Benefits customers, brokers and internal partners. You’ll answer their questions and maintain a professional relationship that focuses on the customer. And working with your colleagues, you’ll think proactively about improvements that contribute to the optimum level of service.

What do you have to offer as Customer Care Officer - Employee Benefits?
You’re unique!
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent gained through experience. You believe in lifelong learning and are willing to keep on developing your knowledge and experience.
- Your experience in the insurance sector is a plus, but we attach far more importance to your interest and affinity with the industry.
- You have an analytical mind and are able to work logically with figures.
- You have a sense of responsibility and are able to communicate strongly and clearly in Dutch. You are also able to express yourself well in French.
- You’re a person who enjoys working in a team, although you are also able to operate independently and have no difficulty with plans and setting priorities.
- You are proactive in presenting ideas for improving and implementing things. You look for solutions.
- You are hands-on and able to work under the pressure of time.
