What impact will you have as Case Manager Production Fire at NN Non-Life Insurance Services?
NN Non-Life Belgium offers a wide range of insurance policies that are sold via the branches of ING Belgium. The Non-Life Production Fire department deals with all enquiries from customers (endorsements, changes, etc.) in the context of our Fire products. You’ll join a team of proactive and solutions-oriented people and be part of a dynamic department that provides a high-quality service in which the customer plays a central role.
- You’ll process the policy proposal and manage the policy in its entirety (from risk acceptance through to the end of the policy);
- You’ll make policy adjustments over the phone with the customer;
- If necessary, you’ll be in contact with our office partners, customers and other internal departments, such as accounting, Fire Claims, etc.;
- You’ll process and send out requests for additional information to customers;
- You’ll analyse complaints and use your expertise to propose solutions focused on the customer;
- You’ll be part of the work aimed at improving internal operations and take initiatives in this regard;
- You’ll ensure the timely implementation of processing times.
What do you have to offer as Case Manager Production Fire?
Our ideal new colleague will have a bachelor’s degree in insurance/law practice or equivalent gained through experience. If you have worked before in insurance or at a bank branch, that will be a major bonus. We would also see your experience in a call centre as a particular plus point. You will also need to have very good knowledge of Dutch and French so that you can deal with our customers in optimum fashion. Good knowledge of English would be another point in your favour. You also need to be familiar with the usual Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
