As Insurance Car Officer, you will have total responsibility for handling insurance files in which the customer is central. What are your responsibilities?
- You will handle policy proposals and the policy management process in full (from risk acceptance to termination of the policy).
- You will process policy modifications.
- You will maintain contacts with customers by e-mail, telephone and post.
- You will meet customer expectations at all times: the WOW effect.
- If necessary, you will be in contact with branch partners and other internal departments, such as accounting, etc.
- You will process and send out the necessary information to customers.
- You will analyse complaints and use your expertise to propose solutions that are focused on the customer.
- You will be involved in improving the organisation and take initiatives to make it happen.
- You will ensure that case processing times are adhered to.
What do you have to offer as Insurance Car Officer?
- MUST: Bachelor’s degree in insurance
- Having some initial experience in insurance or in a bank branch would be a bonus
- Experience in a call centre is a plus
- Very good verbal and written knowledge of Dutch and French, with knowledge of English a bonus.
- PCP certificate would be a strong asset
- You are very familiar with Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
