What does your package of tasks as Assistant Claims Manager Non-Life at NN look like?
What does your package of tasks as Assistant Claims Manager Non-Life at NN look like?
- You are the go-to person for all queries from the Non-Life departments (claims and other issues). You’ll provide immediate answers and also provide the necessary follow-up.
- You will identify any risks that threaten to jeopardise the proper process of our claims settlement procedures. You will also report on them, make suggestions and take initiatives for making improvements.
- In the context of the GDPR regulations, you will ensure that lead-times are adhered to by the Car Claims department. You will also monitor the correct implementation of the RDR (direct settlement) statement on our claims management platform.
- You will oversee the management and accuracy of End User Computing tools.
- You will conduct random checks to ensure the processes set for Claims & Non-Life are adhered to properly.
- You will check and adjust the access of Non-Life staff to the various Non-Life management tools/platforms.
- You will work closely with the various claims departments and the process and change management organisation and Operational Risk Management.
What do you have to offer as Assistant Claims Handler?
- You have a bachelor’s degree and experience working in a claims department;
- You have knowledge of the car insurance sector at least, preferably in various areas of Non-Life insurance;
- You have perfect written and spoken Dutch or French, plus you also understand and speak the other language very well (written and spoken);
- Ideally, you should have skills using Excel.
You are also:
- Precise and analytical;
- You have a critical mindset and a great sense of quality;
- Creative and enjoy taking initiatives the result in improvements;
- Flexible and able to cope with stress;
- Able to work autonomously, but enjoy working in a team.
