And we support each and every Belgian in their search for happiness. That’s why we are delighted to welcome potential colleagues to NN who would like to have a positive impact on the lives of each of our customers!
What impact will you have as IFRS Financial Reporting Specialist at NN?
In the first instance, you will manage the access right of users to various applications. Thanks to the work you do, the right NN employees will then be able to log into the right tools. That way, they will also be able to do their job properly without any problems, plus it means we will be dealing responsibly with customer data.
But the job is more than just that. You will also get to know all of the ins and outs of our organisation so that you can provide sound advice about security, IAM and UAM in projects or innovations. In doing so, you will be supporting both management and your other colleagues with your expertise.
But the job is more than just that. You will also get to know all of the ins and outs of our organisation so that you can provide sound advice about security, IAM and UAM in projects or innovations. In doing so, you will be supporting both management and your other colleagues with your expertise.
Your tasks in a nutshell
- You will manage the role-based access and control system and ensure that we approach it carefully and thoroughly. We don’t want any unchecked proliferation of access rights and no security issues.
- When we onboard new technology, you will provide advice about security, IAM and UAM. You will work with the business to analyse what the best role model is for the access rights in question. To do this, you will work with people from other departments, as well as with management.
- You will provide support when users are unable to log in. And if the same problem is repeated, you will propose a structural solution to fix it.
- You will handle security incidents.
- Each year, the National Bank conducts an audit to check that we are dealing securely with customer data. You will supervise this audit.
- And if you reckon something can be done better, make a note of it and put forward a proposal for improving our way of working.
What do you have to offer as IFRS Financial Reporting Specialist?
- You are familiar with OMADA, SAILPOINT or equivalent IAM tooling.
- With your extensive overall knowledge of IT (of applications and infrastructure), you will be able to manage the access right to a whole range of applications and servers. You also have general knowledge about operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac-OS, Android, Server OS) and networks. For example, you are familiar with the basic concepts such as IPV4, IPV6, DNS, Firewalls and routing.
- You have knowledge of SQL databases and connections with them. You will also need to know about Active Directory and cloud environments.
- Analysis is one of your strengths. This enables you to arrive at solutions for problems, as well as to see ways of improving how we operate even further. You have the courage to suggest improvements and to challenge the proposals put forward by others. Always respectfully, of course.
- Stressful situations may arise from time to time and you are able to cope with them. If something urgent needs to be done, then you are able to adjust your work schedule to accommodate it.
- You can speak and write English and Dutch or French.
We will ask quite a lot of you, but you will get a great deal in return. What does NN have to offer you?
